Cancellation Policy

In order to guarantee your reservations we require a deposit at time of booking. The deposit is equal to 50% – 100% of the booking total, inclusive of tax and service. The percentage is based on the booking season and the rate booked. This information is stated at the time of booking request and upon receipt of the booking confirmation and stated in the credit card authorization form.

Payment methods: We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Bank Transfers. We accept cash in MX pesos and in US Dollars. Charges are made in the monetary currency in which they were quoted. Cash payments will be exchanged to Mexican Pesos.

 

Cancelations will be accepted without penalty 15 days prior to arrival. If cancelation is made within the 15 days full deposit will be forfeited, unless otherwise stated, such as in non-refundable rates, where full payment is non refundable at time of booking. During Holiday seasons such as Christmas and New Year all bookings are non refundable from time of booking. During some booking seasons bookings may be canceled 7 days prior to arrival without penalty. This information is stated at the time of booking request and upon receipt of the booking confirmation and stated in the credit card authorization form.

In case of no shows or early departures unused nights are non refundable.

Deposit, Payment and Cancelation policies for groups of 6 rooms or more will be noted in proposal.
